Who knew that soda, ash, calcium, and silica would make such a lasting combination?
From windows to architecture and art, glass does it all. Jenna Efrein of Hudson Beach Glass gave an overview of this ubiquitous material in liquid and solid forms. After learning about the makeup of glass, participants got to see it as a super hot liquid during live demonstrations at the nearby Hudson Beach Glass studio, 26 S. Strawberry Street.
