Awards

The awards program at the Chemical Heritage Foundation was built to recognize superior accomplishments in chemistry and related sciences. CHF is uniquely situated to view and assess the work of chemistry’s practitioners in a historical context. We hope that by celebrating our laureates’ great achievements we can encourage others to emulate their success.

CHF’s award winners have included Nobel laureates, captains of industry, bench scientists, educators, entrepreneurs, and authors, among other notable achievers.

A yearly celebration of achievement in chemistry and related sciences, technologies, and industries: the Othmer Gold Medal, the Richard J. Bolte, Sr. Award for Supporting Industries, and the AIC Gold Medal.

Affiliate Partnership Awards ›

Working together to celebrate achievement in the chemical world: the Biotechnology Heritage Award, Franklin-Lavoisier Prize, Petrochemical Heritage Award, Pittcon Heritage Award, and Winthrop-Sears Medal.

Innovation Day Awards ›
