Within a week, the manager of the Oral History Program will calculate the cost of your order and e-mail (or fax) you a print version of the form and an invoice. Simply complete and sign the form, and return it with your payment. Please allow 8–10 weeks for delivery of bound volumes; 2 weeks for unbound volumes and audio tapes. Some transcripts may require the interviewee’s permission for release. Please check the "access level" assigned to the interview for this information.
