International Society for the Philosophy of Chemistry (ISPC)
The ISPC Summer Symposium is an annual interdisciplinary conference that promotes the exchange of ideas concerning the philosophical foundations of the chemical sciences and related areas. The symposium is geared to philosophers, chemists, biochemists, historians, sociologists, educators, and others interested in this dynamic developing field. Program and schedule Special plenary sessions will include talks by Jay S. Siegel, chair of the Organisch-chemisches Institut at Universität Zürich in Switzerland, and Roald Hoffmann, Frank H. T. Rhodes Professor of Humane Letters, Cornell University, and winner of the 1981 Nobel Prize in Chemistry. Pre-registration is now closed; however, you may register at the conference for $75.
