Environmental History and Policy
Program Manager: Jody Roberts
Program Assistant: Jennifer Dionisio

Program Researcher: Gwen Ottinger
Research Fellow: Susan Saltzman

The Environmental History and Policy Program explores the ways in which societies seek to achieve a balance between the production and use of new chemicals and the inherent risks to human and environmental health. That is, through historical and contemporary analyses we aim to understand the various ways in which societies seek to exert control over chemicals.
